1. HOW DO I ORDER?

There are two options:

  • 1. Select a product and book it on website.
  • 2. Fill out one of our Online Forms
2. HOW DO I PAY?

Payment can be made by credit or debit card over the phone. Cheques or are accepted, but funds must be cleared before the products are dispatched. (Also an initial cash payment).

Weekly payments can be done via standing order or by card, which will be billed each week of your rental term.

3. DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT?

No, as long as you provide credit card details. We need this for security reasons. Otherwise, a deposit of $100 is required. These are extremely expensive pieces of equipment, and we find that the deposit wards away those who have the temptation of theft or damage to the hired products.

4. IS THERE A MINIMUM OR MAXIMUM HIRE PERIOD?

Yes the minimum is 7 days. There is no maximum.

5. HOW MUCH NOTICE DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE PRIOR TO ORDERING?

We recommend providing us with as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment. We do get extremely busy in the holiday periods.

6. We are paying Monthly, how is payment collected ?

Typically on short term hire periods, payment is taken in advance. On long term hires (25 weeks +), payments are taken weekly fortnightly or four weekly to suit the customers requirements. Payments can be either taken on a card or via standing order.

7. DO YOU DELIVER AND COLLECT THE GOODS?

We do deliver and collect the goods, however you can also pick up the equipment from our shop.

8. DO I HAVE TO SIGN ANYTHING?

Yes, when your product(s) are delivered you will be asked to sign a rental agreement.

9. DO I NEED TO INSURE THE PRODUCTS?

The hirer is insured under our insurance for damage they cause to themselves or others whilst operating the hired products.

10. CAN I TAKE THE EQUIPMENT ON HOLIDAY OR ABROAD?

Providing all insurance criteria have been met, we have no problems with you taking our products overseas, if problems with our products occur whilst away they must be returned (at your cost) for them to be resolved.

We recommend you check with your travel company as various transport and aviation carriers have different policies.

11. DO I NEED A LICENCE TO DRIVE A SCOOTER?

No.

12. I NEED A RAMP FOR SCOOTER ACCESS TO MY HOME, CAN YOU PROVIDE THIS?

Yes, we can supply a wide variety of ramps to rent, these however are classed as an optional extra.

13. AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTENANCE OF THE EQUIPMENT?

We will take care of all normal wear and tear but you will be responsible for misuse under our terms of business.

14. CAN I EXTEND THE RENTAL?

Yes, please phone or email us.

15. I WANT TO FINISH THE HIRE. HOW DO I ARRANGE COLLECTION?
